Wear breathable, sweat-wicking athletic wear—tank tops or T-shirts paired with leggings or form-fitting shorts work best for indoor cycling. You may bring your own cycling shoes that are compatible with Look Delta or SPD pedals. If you don’t have shoes, rentals and purchases are available on-site.

Bring a water bottle and your cycling shoes if you have them. We provide boutique locker rooms and showers for post-class convenience. Towels are available in-studio.

Participants must be at least 13 years old and 4 feet 11 inches or taller to ride in a Bold Cycle class.

Yes! Bold Cycle classes are designed for all fitness levels. First-time riders are encouraged to go at their own pace and adjust resistance as needed. Our instructors will guide you through the ride and help you feel confident in your first class.

We offer 30-minute and 45-minute high-intensity cycling classes. Each ride is set to upbeat music and combines rhythm-based cycling with strength movements for a total-body experience.
