SHAMROCK SHAKEUP
Tuesday, March 17 | 4:15–6pm | $15 Members; $25 Non-Members
Get ready to rev it up, then cool it down with this unique journey through flow, sculpt, and BOLD with our inaugural Shamrock Shake-Up led by our favorite Irish/red-headed instructors!
Schedule
Check-in at Yoga on the Lake by 4:10pm. Together we will take on:
4:15–5pm – Soul Sculpt Hot X with Laura & Heather
5:15-5:45pm – BOLD Ride with Damon
5:45pm – St. Patricks Day Social: including Irish small bites, Guinness and Jameson drink specials, patio activation, and DJ with Irish beats
