Kohler associate pricing is available for purchase in the studio only; not online. All class packages are valid six months after purchase date. All riders must have their own class package and cannot share their membership or package with friends or family members.

Prior to Your Ride

Main studio doors open 30 minutes before class, and cycle studio doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive early enough to get ready without feeling rushed. The Bold staff will help you set up your bike.
 

Cancellation Policy

If you are not signed-in four minutes before class begins, your bike may be released to another guest. All cancellations and no-shows (regardless of reason) received less than 12 hours prior to your reserved class will be charged at full value. Private event reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
 

Returns

A receipt must be presented for all retail returns within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a Bold Cycle account credit, which may be used for classes or boutique purchases.
 

Grab Your Shoes

Our bikes are designed to be clipped in for rides. We have custom shoes available for rent or purchase at the front desk and retail boutique.
 

Cell Phones

Photography and cellphones are prohibited in the cycle studio. We encourage you to snap pics and selfies in the social bar and retail boutique. 

 

We Crank the Volume

Our rides are loud, so if you are concerned about volume, earplugs are available at the front desk.
 

Lock It Up

Keycode lockers are available for your personal items.
 

Bold Vibes

Each class is designed by the instructor. Expect to be out of the saddle for most of your ride. We love to incorporate dance-inspired movements, and a yogic cooldown ends the ride.
 

Bold Boutique

We offer high-fashion fitness apparel, custom Bold products, cycling shoes, professional road cycling jerseys and accessories. The boutique is open 30 minutes before and after class and during special events. 
 

Bold Bar

We love a Bold party! The social bar inside the boutique is a great place for mingling after class with other riders and friends. Our studio is all about community—both on and off the bike. Check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for upcoming happy hours and special live DJ events. Nonalcoholic drinks, pizza, beer and wine (must be 21 or older) are available for purchase.

 

FAQs

What is appropriate workout apparel?

We recommend breathable sweat-wicking tank tops or T-shirts and leggings or form-fitting shorts. You may bring your own cycle shoes that are compatible with Look Delta and SPD pedals. Boutique locker rooms are available for post-class showers.
 

Do you have an age limit?

Anyone 13 years or older is welcome to ride with us, all students must be 4’ 11” or taller. 
 

Are all levels welcome?

Yes, Bold Ride is for all fitness levels. We encourage first-time students to ride at their own pace and resistance. The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the ride.
 

What are the benefits of Bold Cycle?
